“Language is the dress of thought, and in its finest form, it becomes the voice of dreams.”
At Gospel International School, learning is not confined to the ink of textbooks or the echo
of lectures—it dances in the rhythm of rhyme, the power of prose, and the elegance of
eloquence. With this vision, the Literary Club unfurls its vibrant wings each viable
Saturday of the month, inviting students from Grades I to X into a world where words
whisper wisdom and speech awakens self-belief.

Under the banner of “Empowering students through articulation, expression, and
creativity,” the Literary Club serves as a sanctuary of thought, a garden of language where
young minds cultivate confidence through communication. Throughout the academic year
2024–25, students engaged in a symphony of age-appropriate activities that celebrated
both structure and spontaneity.
From soul-stirring recitations of school prayers to poised self-introductions, from playful
phonetic rhymes to inventive grammar explorations, each session sparkled with intent and
imagination. Literary games sparked joy, syllabic challenges honed precision, while poetry
recitations and spirited quizzes stirred minds and kindled camaraderie.

Each meticulously woven experience struck the perfect chord between enjoyment and
edification, nurturing not only linguistic finesse but also the treasures of critical thinking,
creativity, and composure. Here, students did not merely learn to speak—they learned to be
heard, to persuade, to ponder, and to paint their thoughts in hues of brilliance.
The Literary Club stands as a shining testament to the school’s devotion to nurturing
articulate, confident, and creatively awakened individuals, equipped not only to thrive in
classrooms, but to leave an indelible mark on the world beyond.
