To those who have never taught, it is difficult to grasp how diverse and dynamic a skillset one needs to succeed in a busy, demanding classroom setting.  A good teacher instills confidence so that students start to  believe in themselves and will be better-equipped to succeed academically.  In Gospel school, we makes every effort to make sure that teachers  instill a growth mindset, reassure students verbally, set sets high expectations for students and continually examine and evaluate their own attitudes, practices, effectiveness, and accomplishments.
